Each gift is shipped separately; orders including more than one gift regardless of ship to address may incur additional shipping costs. We will contact you if additional shipping costs apply. Certain customized gifts are available upon request and may incur additional charges; please call for information. Styles may vary depending on availability. Methods of PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.Sales TaxWe charge sales tax to all orders shipped within New York State.ShippingWe ship via UPS Ground Service. Shipping is available throughout the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $25 per gift for shipping. Express delivery may also be available; please call for rates and schedule. Same day delivery for orders within New York City may also be available; please call for further detail. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the United States. We can not bear responsibility for orders shipped to and/or delivered to an incorrect address due to Customer error. Re-routing gifts shipped to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges upon return and/ or re-shipment.
Refund Policypuddin’ n’ pie wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return unworn or unused merchandise in saleable condition, we will gladly issue a refund or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, a merchandise credit only will be issued, valid until one (1) year from date of original purchase.† Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section for exceptions.Returns & ExchangesFor all returns or exchanges, please send an e-mail to returns@puddin-n-pie.com or call 1.866.697.8334 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return location. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All merchandise must be returned via insured courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.). Sorry, shipping costs on original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect order and the error is ours, we will either replace your order at no additional cost to you, or we will promptly refund your order and reimburse all shipping costs in full.
